Stavanger municipality had a self-developed system, where the municipality’s employees spent a lot of time processing even just one single bill, and errors in many of the submitted travel bills were frequent. In addition, the company often failed to receive VAT compensation.

Due to control performed before the bill goes to the manager, bills submitted by any individual employee go through the same approval process as the bills submitted by all other employees connected to this system. It ensures equal treatment of all employees and regular weekly payments to each of them.

The new system allows each of us to begin processing our expenses and travel bills while we are still in the middle of our trip, and it can be done from your mobile phone.

We don’t know anything better for our needs than Unit4 Travel & Expenses. In our opinion, it s the most user-friendly system, partly because one can start registration while still on the go and do this from his/her own mobile phone.
